Hello, my name is Laurence Turot and I am delighted to welcome you to my rentals.

My priority is to offer you places where comfort and conviviality are paramount, as evidenced by "Le Grand Charme".

This large gîte, rated 4 stars, is designed for large families or groups of friends, with a capacity of up to 15 people. It offers a generous living space of 360 m² indoors and 1200 m² outdoors, ideal for relaxation.

"Le Grand Charme" is located in Ecollemont, a small peaceful village just 800 meters from the magnificent Lac du Der. It's the perfect place to escape the daily hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquility.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, I've thought of everything: the beds are made upon your arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided. Additionally, you'll find plenty to keep you entertained with 15 bicycles, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table.

The vast garden, with its covered and uncovered terrace, barbecue, and sun loungers, invites you to enjoy the beautiful days. Parking is easy with a private 6-space car park and the possibility of parking on the street.

Inside, you'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen for 15 people, two comfortable living rooms (one with a pellet stove and the other with a fireplace), and a playroom for children. For your comfort, there are 7 bedrooms, 7 showers, and 7 toilets.

The nearby Lac du Der offers numerous water and outdoor activities, while the surrounding villages, such as Arrigny and Frignicourt, will allow you to do your shopping and discover local products.
